Something’s Cooking

Who says cooking is difficult? I think our older generation make it sound like some rocket science always … a month or so into regular cooking and WOAH you start making real good stuff =)

Just to keep a receipt .. I shoot what I cook

Some yummy Qeema Bharri Shimla Mirchein (Minced Meat stuffed Capsicums) are being steamed above … and He thinks I made this real yum.

So here’s some peak-through into my cooking

That’s Haleem .. FYI that I didn’t cooked

But will make in a day or two Inshah Allah

Couldn’t take the picture of Dum Kabab that I made yesterday .. and the pineapple and strawberry delights too =( Next time Inshah Allah…

And the guests who came yesterday … they probably thought I’ve had the karahi … and kababs bought from some restaurant .. ROFL … I’m so proud of myself.

“I shoot what I cook”<<< Na karo!!! :O I thought I was the only one who does that! LOL!! And yeah, I agree with you, cooking isn’t that hard. I mean I went from “I just know which end of doi goes into the handi” to cooking Haleem and Biryani in just 3 months!
