Some Chicken Biryani …
All set to make a huge platter of Chicken Biryani …. so thought to ask my blog readers for a quick prayer for it… I hate the ‘phappa chawal’ and I hope the biryani goes well

I was so craving for it for last few days … Ahhh.
yup another dawat at my place … the hardest thing in a dawat is to think what to cook. Specially when its a novice like me in front of the stove.
BTW, I’m anticipating a HUGE mouthful bite of Strawberry Cheesecake too .. 
Sine you may be knowing i’m a die-hard fan of cheesecakes …:D

Yum! I remember the first time I made biryani .. Took little time to get around it but it was fun. I agree with you 100% over how difficult it could get when deciding what to cook for people .. *sigh*
