Blog Day!!!

Assalam-o-alaykum w.w.!

SAJ Shirazi tagged me for the Blog Day that is celebrated on 31st August (though I came to know of such day’s existence the day SAJ posted it on his blog … thanks to him).

The aim of such a day is to push bloggers to move outside of those closed networks they are living. It’s a day when we are all supposed to ‘recommend’ five blogs that we enjoy reading and perhaps others don’t know about – simple way to expand that network.

Well, I would like to add my share of posting on this unique day too … so here it goes…!

I started blogging in August 2004, though was quite anxious to know about blogging since November 2003 … but alas … I couldn’t understand the whole bloggy thing at that time …it came in March 2004.

The first few blogs I got addicted to and would go through them almost daily were of Asif Iqbal, Ejaz Asi, Zakaria Ajmal, Prince Ali and Danial.

So I would, with no doubt, say that their blogs enlightened me on this blog thing.

Then in August 2004, I started my blog … and gradually visited some other blogs and it was quite a fun … as girls came into scene too … I befriended with Gul e Geti first and then Zenia, Umema … H. … Hina … Faiza … NJ … Sumera and I must say I love their blogs!

It’s really difficult to say that I like that blog more than that one … every person expresses him/her-self uniquely … with an expression that is matchless in itself. As Sister Rennee’s style is very interesting … I like her narrations a lot … Brother Vaqas … TM’s sometimes serious posts and at others jovial ones … Uncle Iftikhar Ajmal’s expression … Harris and Qadeer’s Nauk Jhonk …!!!

In last 6 months, many new blogs arose and especially Urdu blogs came … and I must say all Urdu blogs are really good … Whether it be of Shaper , Jahanzaib Ashraf, Dukhtar, Kunwal, I read almost all of them and would recommend them to you as well … you can visit Urdu Planet.

By the way, I hope I have made almost everyone happy

Apart from all these, I read all these blogs listed in the side bar of this blog!!!
