Now … tale …!
Assalam o alaykum w.w.!
My last two posts would be giving quite a kaam chor sort of feeling …
So lets see what I’ve done in past few days ….
1) I’m veryyy veryyy happy bcoz faree is here … she went to Switzerland in first week of Feb. 2005 and came back exactly after 1 year … I’ve never ever in my whole life have lived without her for more than 10 days … and for past few weeks I was feeling so low and missing her so much that on watching her wedding movie I cried for 2 straight hours … so yes I’m happy … home feels like home!
Well, I wrote this above para few days ago and now we’ve already gone through many larayiis … soo…..
2) Then, at last I’ve read Digital Fortress by Dan Brown, it was so captivating that I made tea reading book, I made rotiis reading the book and I completed it in straight one night … and one morning …!
Well, after reading it, I felt as if Dan brown is گوروں کا Mazhar kaleem … Remember Imran Series …
the captivation and story line was such like. I bought the novel from Lahore and gosh it costed me just Rs. 75 or 80 and in here, Islamabad, it’s available at various prices at various shops, ranging from Rs. 180 to Rs. 350. So, I’ve asked my brother to bring Dan brown’s Angels and daemons, Da Vinci code and Tehmina Durrani’s Blasphemy from Lahore, lets see.
I’ve read, not all, in parts My feudal lord as well … what an insane character he is, god! Few days back, Khar’s interview was coming on AAJ channel. The interviewer asked him:
Anyhow, My Feudal Lord is quite a gutsy sort of autobiography … of the so- called elites of our society.
I’m still reading Alchemist by Paulo Coelho … its bit philosophical, but is straight, simple and real good. I like it too.
3) Then what, hmm … Arham my dearem is back to Pakistan as well. And he’s very very naughty now … ہاتھ ہی نہیں آتا اب تو … that’s what I’ve heard … haven’t met him yet … it’s been 5 months since I’ve met him. My noni janu bili is coming in an hour inshah Allah, she’s so shweet cute … will post her pic in a day or two.
4) What more in life, I’m feeling a bit … irritated and annoyed these days … that would go off as it came … so no worries!
5) I’m planning to make some brownies today … using hafs’s recipe … yes I didn’t made any few days back … now’s the time.
So enjoy and prayers always seeked!
Allah hafiz

I think Dan Brown is little overrated.
The Alchemist and My Feudal Lord are such pleasurable reads. They are there to stay forever
well i also heard a lot abt Dan Brown, but didnt read any of his works, last month i got a link of his books from orkut but i dont know wher it gone lost…. & yeh u right his novels are available here in hyderabad so cheaply, but i dont have time to read it, may be in next summer vacations,…
hmm…i like brownie….
bye den
Dan Brown’s works make such a captivating read!
Feudal Lord is fine but i think Durrani exagerated it alot and made herself look like some innocent victim which she’s not. i havent read Blasphemy yet, was planning to buy it but the shop had run out of it
Paulo Coelho is…ahh…well…..philosophical!
happy brownie baking!!!
Asma and Tee! I’ve done with Blasphemy long ago so come n snatch. One who’ll come first Blasphemy us ki =D.
And I have done with more then half of Fuedal Lord, and it soaked my body under thrill, shame, mercy, hysteric. I cant easily comment what m feeling after going through this must read of Tehmina Durrani’s eye opening Novel. What just i only explore the reason behind her misery in that Novel that she disobeyed Allah and betray her Husband Anees who loved her for that bullshit man khar. Thats why Allah put her right under the crushing feets of Khar to make her realize how Allah Hates those women who ruin their home and childeren for the sake of their personal preferences.
Ahan Alchemist is my nxt haunt, I’ve heard alot abt it.
LOL in khi too novels are soo cheap dearie, i got Feudal Lord in 69 and same for all Dan Brown collection.
