Whether it looks like tears or pearls or fond memories or blood drops is absolutely imaginative symbolism – relative from one person to another. I am sure there’d be lots of people in the world who’d consider it as erotic.
I deliberately said this because this is not a slang or any such thing yet I know it’s not nice to blurt out whatever comes to your mind. I would have rather cautiously chosen something like “sensual” but just to make a point that beating drums for slangs to “affect our lives” is arguably futile.
