Sardi ka mausam ho aur aloo aur mooli ke Parathay na hon. Yeh kaisay hpo sakta hai. Jab bhi hum logon ko parathay khana hotay hain. Ammi raat ko he sab saaman ready rakhti hain aur subah subah uth kar hum sab ke liye garma garam parathay tayar karti hain. Aur yes asma jo zayka meri ami ke haath mein hai wo sisters ke hath mein nahi. Ofcourse jis pyar se ami tayar karti hain koi nahi karta( bare moun banati hain):D. ALLAH app ko sabr-e-jameel atta kare (AMEEN)

It reminds me the old university days. My roomi was an expert for Mooli kay Paratahy! I still remember that it used to be a sort of festive day for us. Going to the market to buy at least 6 kgs of raddish along with other necessary ingredients like coriander, green & red chillies, onions, etc. Coming back to hostel, preparation of filling, who will do what & when …and blah blah.

He believed that khod pakanay ki baat he alag hay. That ‘Cook & Co’ never asked me to peel off even a single raddish, not for the reason that they were good enough but only because they knew that i) I’ll nrever do that ii) And in case i agree, I’ll spoil everything So i just used to ask ‘Haan yar … Kitni day’r hai??’

And once they were so angry at me that the whole Jury decided not to give me even a single paratha to eat! Khair akhir main unhain tars a hee gaya!

Those were the days! And now my mouth is watering and i am missing all members of that cook party which used to make such delicious parathas for us in every winter season during our four years stay at versity.

And i would like to advice you that keep practicing, it’s not that difficult to prepare. Iam sure, u will learn it. Tou phir … kab tak ban jaein gay ??
