Oh, I’m listening to these Bandeya, Mahi way, Allah Hoo, jenie janeman, Khuda kay liyay … since morning and I’m going all NUTS now.
If i could be a “witch” (a nice one like in CHARMED and not the urdu transliteration of the word) … I could have cast a disappear spell on all around me … to get the liberty if singing along LOUD and LOUDER …!
Music your ears get immune to slowly, not letting the thirst get away … ever since!

hera*, Pakistan always produce stuff like that but pakistanis dont listen to that stuff untill it is heared internationally, remember Nusrat Fateh Ali khan, He became fashion after he was recognised worldwide. In Khuda ke liye song named “Allah Hu” is sung by Sain Zahoor, you probably never heard of him, But on BBC Music Awards he was “Voice of the year 2006″.
Pakistani music has always been amazing. I’m not a particularly big fan of movie sountracks from ourt movies – honestly, I don’t know if they even have original soundtracks
But this one is a welcome break!
Shoaib Mansoor has magic wand of craetivity..whenevr he comes up his projects..just hit the public with thunder applause!!

Jahanzaib ohh yah , I love sayin zahoor’s voice and he’s the one who sung the sufi song Shoab mansoor produced in collaboration with sipreme tea a few years back … bahuuuuut aala
Absar actually the music of this film’s not FILMI at all … and since you know that no saima aur shaan are swirling on tunes of this song … so take it easy man
fara shoaib mansoor’s creativity reflects in this film … it’s an all in all good movie with a few minor hiccups here and there :>

Meanwhile, ‘Allah hoo’ by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan (minus the Western music and beats and sung to the accompaniment of only the harmonium and tabla) is among my all time favourites.
