Sad mood out and totally kicked off
Its time to act … I’m whining about the increasing weight since forever. But its a limit. I’m now thinkingshould I go on crash diet or what??
Any tips … yeah I know all the usual tips … some diet plan?? that may work … I’ll be dead if I wont shed at least 15 pound
I envy all those who seem to never gain an ounce … X-(

I’ve never had a problem with weight-gain, since I’ve always been under-weight!
BTW, I’ve read that walking is the best exercise, since it exercises all the major muscle-groups in the human body. If one means to lose weight, it is essential to walk for at least half-an-hour every day, continuously, for benefits to accrue.

Try utilising grapefruit as much as u can.juice or the fruit itself, it works!
Do you eat much more calories than what you need?. Balanced diet and exercise is the only way.

You envy me! I never gain an ounce.. I’ve been wanting to gain ounces but its no use. Doesn’t matter how much I eat. =P
Let’s see. I wouldn’t advice you to go on a crash diet. What you need is juice and water and chocolates. Drink liquid as much as you can. Like, whenever you are hungry and it isn’t meal time yet, drink. Have a bar of chocolate every day. It’ll make you happy.
The increase in juice intake will give you a beautiful skin and a smart slim figure.
I have not gained a pound or an inch in the last 5 years :S
I need 10 pound by march or else I will look like a peeled banana on my brothers wedding!!!

Well i can suggest u a few things , coz goin on a crash diet is not at all healthy;
1. Stop sugar intake and use honey or brown(demarera)sugar instead.
2.Stop eating rice, oily n fried foods n red meat n things like butter n cheese.
3.Take alteast 8 glasses of water in a day.
4.The most effective of all twice a day have green tea.
Yaar sub choro..get in touch with Geo Team….u would shed at least 2-3 pounds while listening to the problems they r facing …I feel so bad abt them and I miss them too
Got a long list of suggestions but main issue is still there when will you hit all off them..one of my friend before dieting she says..aaj tu kah lon kal say tu phir diet plan shro hona hay(she has all kinds of diet plan leran by heart but never ever act!!)”..and her Kal kabhi nahin atti..but best of luck its not more than a battle..regular morning n evening walk for an hour do miracle..consistency is key to success!
