Transitions: 2007 to 2008

Life never stops. By rule, it always go on.

Waiting for 31st December, going out, enjoying, having fun time, amidst laughters, jokes and sib-wit. Yummy 36’s ice cream (Gelatto or other parlors were not there then).

May it be all what 2007 wasn’t. Can’t endure more violence …. Please Allah make it really blessed … Make it memorable in a good way …!

If there is an entry to a new dimension
Can I make any move or am I just a toy?
Was it intention or who threw the dice?
All I really getting to the bottom of life?
After day will be night, after dark shall be light
Who says that those axioms will ever be right?

Shadows cross my mind, my inner eyes are blind
Now I try to cry, laughing while I fly
Avalanches of incredible presentiments
Break walls where I left all reason behind
I am like a bird flying south in winter
But for me it is never to return

Nice dress, BTW…

Almost the only significance of 31st December for me, now, is being remembered by friends. When I was much younger, I used to look forward to the special, new year’s eve programme on Doordarshan.
